I was told by a representative that it would take 4 hours to install hitch and harness. I dropped it off at 7:30 and was finished at 2:30. Also, I have called service twice and had to wait on hold for over 5 minutes.

I didn’t think it would take as long as it did for my car to get done. I was thankful for the ride back to my house so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room all day. However, I had took off work and had other plans for the day that I ended up cancelling. I’m glad to finally have the parts I needed, but waiting for 4 months for parts really isn’t ideal. But it looks good now and everything works so that’s what’s most important.
