I received a text from your office this morning that my vehicle was done and ready for pickup. But my vehicle was not serviced today, so I assume I received the message in my error - but hopefully the correct owner received the message at some point.

Went in for an oil change. Your service person left a plastic water bottle down in my engine and there is now oil all over the engine and dripping on my driveway. I will be bringing it back tomorrow!!!!!

Never called to let me know when the vehicle was ready. Never called me let me know if what was wrong so they could go ahead and fix it. I had an appointment and then told me five were ahead of me that did not have an appointment. Our vehicle was there all day long. Then day before a lady called me from there. She asked if I own a certain vehicle and I told her no. Then I told her I and and Avalon am bringing in tomorrow. It line they don’t have things organized there anymore. I have been a customer since late 90’s and never had a problem. It was terrible.

They took the cover/door off of the cabin air filter and didn’t put it back on. They left it on the passenger side floor.

I was told by a representative that it would take 4 hours to install hitch and harness. I dropped it off at 7:30 and was finished at 2:30. Also, I have called service twice and had to wait on hold for over 5 minutes.
