I feel that I was treated like a VIP! I was informed of what was going to be done and what the cost was very close to the estimated cost. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for vehicle to buy or getting serviced.
I expected after spending $72,000 on the dealer for somebody to come out and show me how the truck works and they threw the floor mats in the back

Do not schedule appointments if you cannot make them as scheduled. My truck waited 40 minutes to be moved into service after the scheduled appointment time. I was there for a total of 1.5 hours for a simple 5K service.
The agent was very polite and helped me secure a loaner.
Took longer than expected. 3.5 hours for a tire rotation, alignment and check on warranty trim piece. When I inquired on status of vehicle after 3 hours, was told delay was due to vehicles on alignment machine ahead of my vehicle, plus express service visits (which is confusing since I had an appointment… I assume I would receive faster service vs last-minute arrivals.)
Michael Jacobsen was very helpful and I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Legends Toyota.
We were told it had a cordless charging station and homelink. It does not. It was not a full gas tank. There was a ink spot/ line on driver door rest. All the stickers were not removed. No one went through all features on how they worked.
Emily Quinto was my sales manager. Slow to respond to emails. It took 6 days to reach a deal which caused inconvenience on timing for me. Vehicle was dropped off at my house with no paperwork signed to take delivery and the driver didn't even knock on the door. Car had issues with driver assist system the second day I had it. Emily stopped returning calls and would only respond to email. Certified pre owned warranty paperwork was not submitted until 8/16 and I purchased on 8/10. I could go on but enough of my time has been wasted already.
I am satisfied with the service.
Bruce is very good to work with , as myself , sometimes not so easy ? I have Mechanical background and I’m very particular. Bryce was easy going, knowledgeable for all my inquiries, felt he was Trustworthy, I give him a 10. ..????. Bryce also at my request brought a mechanic out who answer all my more technical questions, did not get his name, big young man with great knowledge of his work, I’d give him a 10 also..????.
