Two and a half hours for a scheduled maintenance is ridiculous. Every time I go in it is a minimum of 2 hours. I will be going somewhere else for my service.
Kyle was great. I understand that your computer system was down the day I was in for service. How can I get a copy of the multi point inspection? I didn’t get one the first time I started coming to Legends Toyota either. Are printed copies not provided?
They texted me the day after I took it there that it was ready to be picked up. I did not leave my car because you had no parts to fix what needed to be fixed. I called to see if you had everyto fix it so I made an appointment got there and you had no parts. Please order what I need and please let me know when they are there. You guys seem quite confused and not know what is going on. Thank you hopefully my next visit is much better.
I purchased my RAV at Legends Toyota and have always taken it there for service. I have always been completely satisfied with your service department and will continue to have all service work there.

When I first arrived it took about 10 minutes for some one to take care of my appointment besides the intern! Then I was told it would be almost 2 hour wait! Said he could try to jump me up if possible. I was still there for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Josh was willing to fit us in for unscheduled service while we were on a long road trip. Thankfully the car was fixed, and we were on our way, allowing is to reach the family reunion on time.

Our overall experience was terrible. We were contacted that our vehicle was ready to be picked up so my wife left work early taking PTO to drive 30 minutes home to pick me up. I’ve then had a 30 minute drive out to pick up her car from your shop. When we got there you took our payment, pulled our car around and wished us a great day. What you didn’t do was check your work, or you would have realized that the issue was not fixed. We then had to leave my wives car with you again to fix the issue. We then had to leave to get back for work meetings without our car knowing that I would have to make yet another trip back to the dealership that afternoon or tomorrow. The issue was then fixed that afternoon and an apology was given. I asked when else you can do for the inconvenience that was caused. I was then asked if we could call it good because you gave me a loaner car to get to my meetings. This was a rediculous request given the fact that it was your mistake that caused all of this. Perhaps if you would have done something as simple as checking the work you wouldn’t have told me to come pick up my vehicle the first time and all of this could have been avoided. Ultimately you took off about $75 which was appreciated but I lost a lot more than that waiting for an initial diagnosis which I was told would take about 2 hours when I dropped the vehicle off at 9:00am Wednesday then wasn’t called until somewhere between 3-4pm which at that point was too late to fix anything that day so my wife and I are then trying to get multiple kids to practices with 1 car. Then more of the same yesterday with all of the back and fourth to the dealership. For someone who drove that car off of your dealership floor years ago I just didn’t get the same customer service/satisfaction that was deserved. We’ve had the Highlander for 8-9 years and we’re probably a few months away from trading it in for a new one, or a Sequoia to fit my growing family but we will not be returning to your dealership for this upgrade.

I waited three hours for my vehicle oil change and tire rotation when I was told it would only take two. I never received my vehicle report, a text from the mechanic about my vehicle condition or spoke with the person who checked me in regarding my vehicle after the multi point inspection (questioning if my vehicle was actually even looked at). I saw my van parked in the garage for 10 mins and had to ask someone else to check me out. During check out I was charged for my rotation that should have been free, so now I am questioning how many times this has been done since I have gotten tires. Just disappointed overall with our experience today.
