Check in was chaotic. No one seemed to know what was happening. I had to repeat my information to a couple of different people. Once again, I felt I was being treated differently because my services were at no charge. The only positive was that my car was finished quickly.

EVAN is the best please reward him ive been coming there for years before you open to the lendgens you were Roger's asmith and sons I really need to get my car in it was the only transportation I had and dint want to have an accident he step up and get me in I called Friday and was told I had to wait til Saturday a week late4 I couldn't do it I'm going to do something for him myself to let him know how I Really appreciate that he dine Thank you for allowing him to work for your company.He's how standing he is the best

Evan was absolutely incredible from the moment I walked in. He was helpful, kind, and cheerful. I explained what was going on with my car and we quickly came up with a solution and the game plan. I Can’t wait to work with in the future

Someone got grease or oil on sunvisor and near sunroof. Car was leaking oil after oil change. This was corrected and cleaned the next day. However my husband had a long wait to get this taken care of.

Greeted immediately as we pulled into service area, gave us directions to service waiting area and indicated it would be about an hour to complete the maintenance work. It was slightly over an hour and the vehicle was ready.
