Whoever worked on my car deleted my digital speedometer and other things I had setup, I have brought my car before and this never happened.
Whomever this person is please talk to them and tell them, if a person has certain settings on the car, please leave the settings as they are.
I don't want to waist an hour trying to get my settings back.
Michael was amazing. Warm, thoughtful, courteous, professional. He kept me informed during maintenance and followed my wishes throughout the process. There were no surprises. I would absolutely ask for Michel for my next service visit. Give him a raise.
The main reason I came in with my truck was I siddenlt had trouble starting it. Everything seemed locked. My brother in law gave me a tip that worked and I got it running enough to get to Toyota at Legends. Andrew did great writing up the issues, but the mechanic did not! Who checks a battery and doesn't clean off the terminal.I wonder if they actually checked it. Also, no one explained what caused the initial issue of the truck suddenly not starting.
Customer service from the mechanic is terrible.
Andrew was pleasant and friendly, but did not seem to know what was going on with my vehicle as it was being repaires. Was put on hold multiple times while he talked with his tech about basic questions.
Bryce was great and informative. Shuttle driver was very polite too

They were without internet and unable to get us a loaner but they pushed to get us in and out quickly so we could get on with our plans. I'm always pleased with the service at Legends...enough so I drive over an hour for them to work on my vehicles

He’s literally the best person I have ever dealt with in the business and I come from a family whose Dad and family members were in management with Ford and GMC.
Had an appointment at 2pm today dropped off my vehicle Wednesday evening so it will be there today for the appointment. Never heard for the service department about my vehicle I finally called around 4 pm to get an update on my vehicle and the lady said it was ready for pick up. Very dis satisfied with the service department for the lack of communication with the service of my vehicle. This is not the first time this happened about lack of communication of my vehicles being serviced at Legends Toyota

Kyle was great to work with. He told me about the services offered for my car as well as the price. He major I had no surprises and let me know what was found on the inspection of my brakes and what additional services were recommended. He was easy to talk to and very good at communicating.
Mr. Kiser was very professional and helpful from a customer service standpoint today. He was informative about the work that was done on our Camry, as well as the upcoming maintenance that needed to be done in the future. We are very satisfied with the service we receive from Legends Toyota!
Evan was very personal from the get-go. He ran a Carfax on a used van that I bought and found out that the odometer have been tampered with. He immediately called me and talk to me about it and when I went to go pick up the van he was again very personal and, just really really great personality. Enjoyed working with him.
