I missed my Friday appointment. I came in early on Saturday and they worked me right in. It's a very stressfull time for me right now, and the Toyota repair team made my day infinitely better.

I dropped my vehicle off at 710 and expected it done or atleast diagnosed by 1200 noon. Diagnostics for the battery cooling system, key fob not working, and an oil change. I called at 1000 to see how it was going, I called at 1200, I called at 1pm and waited on the line for over 15 minutes. I finally got through and decided the oil change was enough for today as I had an appointment at 4 pm in St. Joseph and we would reschedule for later this week and I left about 2 pm. I also brought in a discount coupon from the Toyota dealer up north, i asked Michael about matching the coupon which you have done before. He said he would take care of it, but I did not see a discount. I bring my service down here instead of St. Joseph because you always have good skilled techs and service providers. Today was not the standards I experienced tumes before. I'm kind of disappointed.

My concern isn’t with Evan. My concern that my rear brakes put on by your Toyota service department last year under 10,000 miles on them were flagged as a concern by your service department. This made me question the quality of the parts you use. I will be finding another place to put on my front brakes.
