Very thankful for the service. Michael was friendly and helpful. Only true complaint is that, I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took almost 5 hours. It would have been nice to have updates on what was occurring and that the estimated time was extended. Without knowing, it messed up a few other appointments I had today.

They worked on my Lexus that just purchased from out of state, they looked over the car for a new used car purchase for about 500 and it may seem high but they took my mind off alot of what ifs about my new purchase. So they are another mechanic shop I would go to out side of my Lexus repair needs .

On my Avalon, I knew I had a brake light out, but it was never reported on the inspection report. Hopefully other things weren't missed.

Steven left without informing me. It was my first time there and I have no idea how things ran. It would have been nice to know he was leaving. Otherwise the service team got my job done and the man who did get me on the road was nice.

My maintenance light was not reset. I asked for a front license plate to be put on and it was not. So I waited for that to get done. The gentleman was super nice and gave me a car to rub errands so that was nice.
