1) A woman in service scheduled an appointment during my phone call, for Friday, March 20th, but when I arrived the service department did not have the appointment, so it took two trips to get the recall completed, 2) I was given an estimate of 1 + 1/2 hour. The actual experience today was 2 hours 45 minutes.

The entire team did a great job. I was unaware that I needed two recall fixes when I arrived. They quickly got me a loaner and on my way. I got my car back the next day and I was very happy that I didn't lose any of my personal time. Well done Legends Toyota service and sales teams!

No communication. Pickup of truck 2 hours after I was told. Issue not that was delayed. I was never contacted so I missed meetings and wasted the afternoon at the service dept.

Steven was absolutely amazing. Went in to ask some questions for the first time ever being in the dealership and he treated me like I was 50 year loyal customer. Went and asked other people when he didnt know the answer to one of them and then remembered me when I came back to get my truck worked on. Communicated everything that was going on didnt leave me in the dark. 100/10 experience. He just earned the dealership a loyal customer with the 1 encounter. I watched everyone interact with customers the employees sre like the chick fil a of dealerships. They were so nice to everyone and it didnt seem fake at all.
