I was originally scheduled for 3/31. Then when I showed up on 3/31 I was told my appointment was moved to 4/1. Then when I got there on 4/1 I was told there was not enough time to compete my services. After some back and forth it finally got resolved.

Waiting area chairs are quite uncomfortable. At $60000+ for a car maybe a lot better snacks while waiting 2 hours.

Michael provided me with an incredible customer experience! I stopped by without an appointment to check and see if I could purchase a battery and he said they could work me in. He was also able to take care of some routine maintenance issues that I was going to schedule a future appt for. All service was provided in a timely manner and I left the dealership completely satisfied and that he treated me like I was the most important person he had taken care if that day!

After my car service was finished,no one called or contacted me.I was waiting in the customer lounge, even though they had told me earlier that they would call me when it was done. The service was not very friendly.

Car had an issue after I left that was not there before took it back and was told had to do additional repairs for something that was okay prior to the service work done on it. I have filed a formal complaint against the dealership.
