the service manager is very professional and act on my recall quickly. The most important aspect of this was I tried to call another Toyota dealer close by. I was waited for over 5 minutes for them to transfer for call to service department. I hung up due to no one was picking up the phone. When I called Legends Toyota, it was picked right away, within in one ring and I was connected to a services rep. And the scheduling was quick The only down side was that I needed to wait 4 hours for the recall service to be complete. I can't get a loaner.

It was scheduled, and I dropped it for service last Friday. It turned out they didn’t have the part, and it just sat there for 5 hours, and no one notified me. I wasted most of the day waiting for it, and it’s still not fixed.

Kyle was courteous and straightforward regarding the estimated time necessary to complete the service. Moreover, he was kind enough to provide a driver to return me home to wait for service completion. I couldn't ask for more!

I have had literally the worst service everytime I’ve come into the service department. Even when I had my previous 4 runner. Now I have the new one and it was looking like I would be experiencing the same terrible service I’ve had in the past. HOWEVER… I must say Kyle Montgomery listened to my experiences and unhappiness even though he had never provided me any type of service in the past. This visit far exceeded every other experience I have had in the service department. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs and cioncerns. It is because of him that I will continue to come back instead of driving further to service my vehicle. Far more than a five star service.
