Ever since my car has been 3 or 4 years old. The service in the service department is horrible. I will not be bringing my car back there for service at all in a month.I'm going to buy a brand new grand highlander , but I will not be buying it from legends toyota

I have always had all my sales and maintenance at Legends Toyota. Because of excellent service. This time was no different. Excellent service and always good advice. I have been going to Legends Toyota for better than 10 years and they have always treated me and my Toyota vehicles with excellent care and service.

When I called for appointment I spoke to Kyle to confirm part necessary was available. Positive connection replacement was needed and only available thru Toyota. He verified it was available So I could set up my appointment for the next morning. He made notes on my appointment for rear tail lights per my message I left later prior to appointment. We discussed the replacement and I also added an oil change. He informed me that it would probably take several hours as planned on waiting. That was alright. Kyle was excellent on explaining what was needed and expected cost. Thanks.

Good, efficient and honest. One suggestion… don’t rush. Take your time while speaking with your customers. This is probably a big investment for many people. Let your customers process what is being conveyed. They’ll have more confidence in your business.
