I don't know who it was but an employee saw me sitting in my car and asked if I had been helped yet. He was walking from the parking lot. It's nice to know that even when he was on his own path he saw a customer and took initiative. Now Steve, his honesty and ability to just keep the ball rolling is something you don't see everyday. I appreciated it and you would be a foul to not. I've been coming here since 2017. I've seen some horrible employees. These two I mentioned are a breathe of fresh air.

The only complaint I have is there was not a friendly greeting. I had to ask someone where to go to check in and then I waited while the tech finished a project on the computer and made me wait to stare at him. It made me a little put off. Everything else was great.

Alex,Julie & Kimberleigh were the best to work with. They answered my many questions & treated me so very kind. No high pressure, gave me their true & valued opinions. Trading vehicles is not one of my favorite things to do but these 3 made my experience painless and “enjoyable “. Will recommend them with high praise!
