The only thing that I would say is that I had an appointment at 7:30, I arrived a little early, I was supposed to be with Michael, but I was advised he doesn't come in till 8:00. I would just say that Kyle was very good but I think Michael is one of your best. That's helpful when I'm spending a bunch of money. It all worked out but just no reason to schedule me with someone who doesn't come to work until 30 minutes after my appointment. On the other hand, I want to get in and out as quickly as possible ....you guys did a very good job of that.Thanks.

I’m disappointed in the wait time for the service (oil change). My appointment was at 11:00. I showed up on time & the pre inspection of my vehicle was completed at 10:57. My vehicle was not on the lift until after 12:30 (I saw this with my own eyes). This makes me wonder what the purpose of the appointment was to begin with? Unfortunately I did not have a good first experience with the service at Legends Toyota. In the future I hope you remember your customers time is as important to them as your time is to you. I will have to find another dealership for my service needs.
