The associate checking me in and managing my service work did not notify me that my vehicle was ready. I had to call to ask for status late in the afternoon. When I got there Isaiah had left for the day and had placed my paperwork on the desk of someone that wasn’t even working on Thursday. I’ve been a customer for about twenty years and this is the first time that the individual checking my vehicle in failed to communicate and follow-up in a responsible manner. If he’s new he needs more training in customer service.

My name is Arthur, not Auther. The Service advisor got my name and phone number wrong. He didn’t appear to know what he was doing. He should be sure to get the customer information correct either by repeating the information to assure that the customer information is correct. Otherwise, the service done to our vehicle was great.

My car was left with parts ajar and in disarray after being quoted one price come to find out that the air filter was a completely different price but knowing they had my car while writing the quote but didn’t realize that the tundra is one of two cars that requires two air filters. I wasn’t updated on any of the concerns I voiced when I dripped my car off and over all just really not impressed with the level of engagement I have received from this service department. This is the second time I have received no communication and when I call in have been given different information while setting up appointment vs what the service agent is tracking or able to provide. If there was a different close by alternative I would and am currently looking at using.
