Service soon warning is on. So either something is wrong or the service job was not completed properly.
Bryce did a great job coordinating the maintenance on my truck. He ensured the work was completed as quickly as possible.

Matt was super nice and energetic ! I barely noticed the time he got me in and out no complaints-
E.Turner was very nice, explained everything to me. He was not there when my car was ready to go. I found a black rubber glove in my cup holder, I gave it back to who I paid. I also found black dirty marks on my inside door handles. The nice service person and the other person, both came out and cleaned the door handles the best they could, also cleaned greasy smudges off the door windows, always hate that it was fully charged, all the bars up to the top, I get it back with only two bars, they always tell me to to drive it around for a while to charge it back up. Now my ev and eco is popping up on and off and I don’t know why? I’m not used to see that popping up while I am driving. I just wish I could get my car back in as good condition as I took it in.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
What they’re free to fix the tire it’s been leaking all the air out every night. He said he cannot find a leak and it took me when I got home barely 2 minutes to find it. Where was leaking from after driving it all the way to Kansas City, which takes 45 minutes driving all the way home which takes another 45 minutes, so not particular happy and winter for the recall and did not have the parts for the recall either
Bryan was professional, friendly and thorough, making sure the car received a complete 50,000 mile checkup. The work was completed in an efficient time frame, for which I was grateful. Many thanks to legend’s staff for taking care of my car.

Communication and work from Bryce was excellent. This has been a stressful recall, but Legends did an excellent job of keeping me informed and getting it resolved. I’ve trusted Legends since I bought this car there, and will continue to bring it in for service as needed.
Well, you had my truck for 25 days to replace the DCM. Toyota had me schedule an appointment with you to inspect and replace the DCM. IT TOOK YOU 25 days to replace the DCM and within 5 minutes, my truck was fixed. I asked for you to cover my latest truck payment of $600 and no one has answered me. Then, you delivered my truck filthy. No car wash after having it for nearly 30 days. Frankly, that is ridiculous. Not even sure this will change anything but I hope it does.
