I made an appointment to have the tires rotated . A simple process yet it took an hour and a half. What’s the point in making an appointment then take so long to complete a simple service job I am a long time Toyota owner. I trust your product and your service. But my time is just as valuable as your time. You should respect that as I respect your time and product.

Isaiah was wonderful….there was another associate that I asked about my vehicle and he gave me incorrect information. This misinformation caused me to miss another appointment that I could have rescheduled. It was twice as long as I was told (over 40 minutes, when I was told 20 minutes).

My oil change took 2 and a half hours

I brought my tundra in for the 10,000 mile check and oil change. I had a family member ask me why one blinker blinked really fast and the other one did not. I told them I didn’t know that it has always been like that. So I asked about it when I brought it in. They said it was rodent damage and not covered under warranty. It has always been like that from the start. Then they couldn’t find the checklist when they delivered it to me to prove it was ok when I got it. I am disappointed!
