Had an apt at 115 for a simple 5000 mile fluid check/tire rotation. Checked in and was told it would be about an hour. After hour and 15 mins or so I asked a different tech (as I couldn’t find mine) the status of my car. They hadn’t even pulled my car in to work on it. I was told at that time they were several hours behind and I never should have been given an hour eta. I cancelled my appointment after I drove from Topeka to get this service done. I was then called 20 minutes after I left telling me my car was ready, for pickup, then received a text advising me my car was completed. My husband and I bought both of our brand new vehicles from this dealership and never wanted to look at closer service centers but are considering the move after this terrible experience.

Bryce and the manager were great today. This time, they listened to My concerns and were helpful and attentive to be careful. I’m happy. Thank you. Sorry that I was rude the last time I completed this form but having my new car with under 2000 miles scratched at the dealership made me angry. I apologize. Appreciate y’all making things right.

I had asked to talk about issue with my cat when I got back to dealership. When I went into office he just gave me paperwork on service completed & had me pay. Nothing about potential issue with water pump. On the phone earlier said they could fix is next day but I had no way to get home. I asked if there was some car available and he said 2 weeks wait. So I guess I need to find somewhere else to go. I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2013

Got a list of items worth $500 that I was suppose to do immediately when I came in for oil change that I had never heard of for my Prius and a mechanic had ever told me about and he wouldn’t let me talk to! That has never happened to me before! I certainly did not like being pressured!
