Two hours and 15 minutes was a long wait for an oil change and air filter. My last dealer had a dedicated bay just for oil changes. I don’t know if you do the same but I rarely waited more than an hour.

Hello. I bought a car 3 wks ago and I was told to take it back car for a deep clean since it wasn't done the day of purchase. Today I took the Rav4 and it looked like it was only vacummed and washed. I was a little disappointed with that.
