Service advisor was subpar in his interactions and I had to back my vehicle out of the bay because no one cared to move the vehicle in front of mine out of the way for me to exit. Additionally, there was oil residue on my steering wheel and this isn’t the first time. Customer service experience has gone down hill over the last few years and I am getting tired of coming to this location and being disappointed. I drive out of my way to come here and going forward I don’t think that will be the case.

I did not receive my multi point inspection report. They did not replace the next oil change sticker on the windshield. I like it as a reminder.
