When I decided not to get the headlights, I was left with no lights. Not even my fog lights. Evan was a little smug with me on Friday because when I initially asked him how much, I asked him to quote me the very worst case scenario and he low balled it. I told him I knew it was going to be more than $350, and he still quoted $250. The next day $410 was added. I asked how much my last headlights were and he triumphantly said $457 like he won some weird argument we weren't in. So, when I dropped off my car, I had working fog lights, and one of my headlights was intermittently working. Now there is nothing.

I had an appointment, and a service with tire rotation still made me wait well over two hours. When I got the car back, there was a big greasy handprint on the hood. The tech didn’t even bother to take the old service due sticker on the windshield, just put the new one next to it. The service writer was a nice enough guy, but the back end of the shop isn’t up to par for a new car dealership.
I am always happy with Legends Toyota service. It took a little longer than normal this time though. I wish I had shuttled to the mall. Next time I will for sure.

I arrived at 11:45 for my appointment and was told they would only have to rotate the tires, it would probably take 1-1/2 hour. Over3 hours later I asked if my car was serviced and was told yes it is finished. It seems to me rotating of tires should not take 3 hours. It was frustrating to have to wait so long. Plus I was quite thirsty and no bottled water available.
I am not sure what changed in comparison to former experiences, but the service was not very good.
Kyle was excellent as always. He got me set up on a shuttle over to Legend area so I didn't have to sit in waiting area. Kept me up to date on my car service via text. Literally did a great job. Legends Toyota is amazing all around. Thank you!

On the notes it said customer complained about oil leak but I sure the **** didn't complain I came in for an oil change and they told me it was leaking and that I needed to have it replaced. So make sure you note what really happened vs what you wanted to happen. But we shall see in 3 months if they even fixed it bc they said they was going to call me when the parts was ready and they never did so I checked back in a week and they had the parts to fix it. Don't tell your customers your going to call when the parts are in but never actually call either that's unprofessional
I brought my truck in with a leak in a tire. I was told to take the truck home and make sure it was leaking. Twice the tire was flat and was low every day. Had to argue with someone to check again. He made me feel like I m not smart enough to check a low tire.
Bryce has helped me before, good service writter, very helpfull, down to earth. If he doesn’t know. He will find out , something in question on my vehicle, he will ask me, before continuing. I do let my freinds know were I do my vehicle business. Thanks Don

I have talked to the service writers about trim issues with my tundra. One piece they tried to fix. It came loose again. This time they charged me for the repair. It’s been an issue since my second oil change. I will never purchase another vehicle from your dealership.
