Bryce did a wonderful job. He listened to my concerns and did a great job communicating, keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle's repair. Bryce was every knowledgeable and gave me confidence I could trust the service team would identify and resolve the very scary problem that has stranded me twice on long trips since I bought my 4Runner brand new 2 and 1/2 years ago. I would have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service department and one of the worst problems I have ever had with a new vehicle with only 16,000 miles on it. I live much closer to other Toyotas dealers in the area and I don't love having to drive so far for service, but it is totally worth it to know I will be well taken care of. Thank you.

Work seems to have been done adequately but every time I bring the car in for service I then have to figure out how to reset the display the way we previously had it set. It comes out of the shop with “settings” showing on the display. Resetting it is not something I’ve committed to memory and I really get frustrated getting it reconfigured. Also tire pressure on front left tire is lower than the other three. I’ve driven it 30 miles today and it’s still lower than the others. These are both minor things but irritating nonetheless.

It took them three times Totry and get the right amount amount of air in all 5 of my tires and they still didn't get it done right I came home and had my boyfriend do them right After that many times I was to mad to deal with them.

The team’s time estimates need improvement. I was the first car today, and was told my service would be complete by 9:30. It was not completed until after 10am. My last visit they underestimated by more than an hour.
