1 hour and 3 minutes is too long for a simple oil change with no tire rotation. I had an appointment, but didn't seem to do much good.

I bought a brand new car from Julie. And I tried to connect my phone to the car so I can make appointments for the car through the app. But somebody messed it up so I have to wait until Toyota fixes the problem which may take up to eight days.

The service itself was good. Everything was done in the time I was told, and the service advisor was nice and friendly. But the price was rough. It's almost criminal to make people pay that much for necessary maintenance

Josh, was outstanding in getting my Tacoma in for work on the power steering. Josh, made sure I had a vehicle to get home and to work. Josh reached out to me to let me know that my Tacoma was ready for me to pick up. Very pleased with the Legends Toyota loyalty.

The price quoted was ridiculous. We were looking at also buying 2 tires if the sensor was fixed and still tried to sell 4 tires and then said could take some quotd service time off. There is a reason I dint usually get my car serviced there and this reminded me of the exact reason why.

The oil change took two hours, which was a little surprising to me. My service rep was very nice and helpful, but there were a couple of recommended services that were supposed to be documented on my papers that were not. I have called back twice and left messages asking for return call and I’m yet to receive a return call.
