I was frustrated when I arrived because I just had my vehicle serviced. I try to stay on top of making sure it is running well. I voiced my annoyance, but what made me mad was they referenced made about “it’s like going to the doctor and then something going wrong.” I literally just got out the hospital on Tuesday so that touched a nerve, so I walked away and was done talking to him. The assistant manager came out and talked to me. I’ve been bringing my car there since I purchasing it. I will continue you to bring it there until I get rid of it. However, the service is not as good as it once was.

I had taken out my cabin filter a few days ago, and it was very, very dirty and I was going to see about getting it replaced… I would’ve figured that would’ve been under the multi point expections… But it was never discussed with me so I’m wondering why that did not get presented to me

The appointment preschedule system is a complete scam. A facade to give the appearance of service. I had a 1pm appointment scheduled, I arrived on time, my car sat in the lot until 3:20. My service wasn’t done until 4:45. You charge me mechanics time for hours spent, shouldn’t I be able to charge you my hourly rate for my time wasted. Don’t offer an appointment system if you can accommodate.

From the beginning of the process of looking until the end of purchase everything went smooth and was easy. Juan Chavez found the exact vehicle I wanted and at a fair price. He and Derrick M made the purchasing day smooth and were very informative. I drove from Omaha NE for the Tundra and would do it again! Thank you!
