Not service advisor but tech did not reset the maintenance needed and took off my reminder sticker of Costco for my tire rebalance. We did not have tires rotated as Costco will do as part if our new tire package.

Legends Toyota Service Representatives Bryce and a handful of your Technicians will bring your Company’s numbers to fast halt if he continues to protect the bad apples in your service department whom are damaging customers vehicles during repair and not making them aware. Legends Toyota is HORRIBLE!!!
