This is my second visit where the multi point inspection report was unable to print or to share with me electronically. The service technician was even unable to show me on his computer screen the results of the multipoint inspection. This also happened when I visited in August for my last service check up. One of the items that Toyota is most proud of is the multipoint inspection keeping the consumer informed and unfortunately it is not been working is not at fault of the service technician the dealership this is a software issue only

I had to call several times to try to talk to the service advisor who never returned any of my calls. I called probably five more times and never got picked up by the service department between 4 and 6 PM. I needed to do a park n lock and pay for my car since I could not be there before six and I had questions about the repair service, and the repair service was not written very well. I did finally finally get somebody. He was confused was looking at the wrong repair order and overall was probably one of the worst dealer experiences I’ve had in the last 20 years unfortunately. Having worked as a service writer, I know how important that is and I am the person that never complains, but I was very frustrated yesterday

Three guys sitting at their desks and no one came out to check me in or acknowledge that i was here. I went into one office snd he said “just wait at your car and someone will be with you”. Not a hi or sorry for the wait or anything pleasant. I waited and watched another guy cone sit at his desk and talk with the other person in his cubicle. 4 guys and they were ignoring me. Finally made eye contact with one so he came out to help. Over 10 minutes waiting. I was not happy. Had an appointment time for my scheduled visit. 1 hour 25 minutes later it got finished. For a tire rotation. Frustrated. And i had to go ask the guy to check on it.
Jacob is always friendly and professional. He's managed my vehicles the past few times I've gone in. He answers any questions I have about the services and makes sure I understand what's being done.
Nice guy, he cut all the **** and talked to me like a real person. Much appreciated.

Didn’t do the brake flush. Didn’t put the next oil change tag on my windshield, didn’t get me the rear bumper clips I asked for, and didn’t give me the paper that shows me all items that were checked. Also was there 2 1/2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. I don’t know if the tire and wheels were balanced since I did not get any paper work. I am 78 years old and headed to Alburqueque on Monday. Been a customer for many many years Not Happy!
