My appointment was at 10:30am and 4 hours later nobody had serviced my vehicle or answered my calls. The last few service appointments have been lacking in customer service. I may have to service elsewhere.

Josh Roach did an excellent job for us; however, I was placed on hold by your phone people for over 30 minutes, having to call back twice. Because of that issue, Josh bent over backwards to make things up - which I appreciate in the extreme. I think HE gets 5 stars.

Is worked with Austin and Eli, not sure about a Jacob. Team was great, Eli was very knowledgeable about the car during my test drive, and very personable after the test drive. Austin was great through the paperwork and close process. You made a lifetime customer today.

We love our service techs there and have had great experiences. We still have a loud squeaking noise coming out of the back of the car when we are in reverse. It’s been looked at twice. I need to get this repaired, it’s a very annoying sound.

First time someone really investigated my recurring stuck trunk syndrome by having tech department look at it. I was so impressed with the employee ‘s who showed care and initiative in addressing the malfunction and a possible remedy.
