Yeah your service department is top notch and very professional. Today I was questioning a particular procedure in my car's maintenance and your service rep very politely explained how and when it was already done and I had forgotten that it had been done in a previous visit. He never lost his cool and I felt like a dope. You guys are great. Sincerely Dave Willhauck

I have a new tundra and makes a loud sounds when I go on reverse and push the brakes,and he said it's normal, I'm dissapointed,you should fix that problem !
