Why I answered no was they didn't have the same brand name as the other tires and supposedly they were supposed to have one there when I got there but they didn't. But at least they had one they could put on there to replace the one it's damaged and I'm happy they did have one. The employees did fine no problem with them. Hopefully next time I call we won't have this problem of communication with whoever I talk to on the phone and told me they did have what I needed and especially they check twice on the sides that I gave them and the brand name also. It's all good thanks again for your service and like I said your service people did nothing wrong they waited on me they were good.

Had to wait 2.5hrs for an oil change I had an appointment and was notified an hour to an hour and a half. There is no reason that your company should take this time. We have a Honda and go to Legends Honda for oil changes, this would never happen there.
