1. After giving my coupon, when they rang up my bill, it wasn’t applied. I had a $39.99 oil change, but it looks like I was charged $64, with $10 discount. I don’t understand my bill. He also said he would give me back my other coupons, he did not. 2. Simplest thing….the oil change reminder sticker was unreadable. I had to wait for a new one, because I asked for it. Why would you put an unreadable sticker in someone’s window? Apparently the ink had to be replaced in the printer. 3. Appt at 2, the place was FULL of customers like I’ve never seen before. I waited for my oil change for over 2 hrs.

Bryce Kaiser did a wonderful job in greeting me. He went over in detail what to expect. The service was prompt and I was out in no time. Love the coffee machine! Those Chai Lattes are phenomenal!
