I recently moved in town from Lincoln Nebraska. It was the second time for me to be helped by Evan. He's a real professional, he took time to listen to my concerns, asking questions before advising me anything.. Great staff. We were approached almost immediately. When we sat for a few minutes waiting for Rachel P to come over with her laptop, ppl still asked if we’d been helped. Rachel was fantastic. Explained every last detail about the sale and the purchased warranty.

The service tech was very good. He greeted me promptly, kept me informed about the vehicle and later apologized for the delay. However I was disappointed that even though I arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment the vehicle wasn’t pulled into the service area until 1.5-1.75 hours later. Perhaps better communication between the two groups could have prevented unnecessary delay.

Horrible. 3 hours??? No explanation. for an oil change. I was 10 minutes early for an 8:45 am appointment. This is my second bad experience with your service. I assure you I will never buy another vehicle from you. I am going to start writing letters tomorrow. You are the worst!
