Great communication! Josh made my concerns his and treated me like a friend over just a business opportunity! He listened to what I was saying, and the day my car went in he called me to confirm my concerns and made sure I knew he was going to get me taken care of! Even with the snow storm he kept in contact and made sure I was informed of the delays that we encountered. Thank you Josh for taking care of Coraline (2017 Corolla). You’ve won my future business!

I will not be bringing my car back there anymore I have been I bought my car there and every since I bought It the service department had been a rip off I was going to bring some family members to buy a car there but I will not now I drive from Raymore MO to bring my car there and the service has been horrible today was the last straw

Steering fluid not topped off, engine coolant reservoir not topped off. Curious as to whether spark plugs were actually changed as I don't see that any dust has been disturbed in the engine bay.

I want to thank Josh very, very much for always taking care of myself and my husband. Today was a busy day, with everyone trying to do as much as possible before the snowstorm, and Josh treated us like family and made sure my Highlander was updated with the latest quality service so it could be depended on during the storms.
