So efficient in setting up a CONVENIENT appointment for me. Very thorough on what to expect and then upon arriving at Legends Toyota, my vehicle was serviced quickly. Very very pleased.

When I let the sales rep know I was wanting to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle, I had to wait around for 8 hours. I had to call in multiple times to talk with the sales rep to see where we were on finalizing the purchase. At the end of the day he told me he had forgotten to talk with the service team to see if running boards could be installed that day. The next day we eventually got the sale finalized. When you start a sale you should be able to finish it the same day.

Evan did a fantastic job! He was extremely welcoming, did a great job explaining what maintenance was necessary, and very happily came and got me when service was complete! Excellent job!!!

My engine light came on this evening after getting an oil change done this morning. I opened my hood and my oil cap was sitting on my radiator and not screwed in to the oil well. I'm concerned with how much oil I might have lost as Ive over 100 miles without it on.

I have been trying to trad ever sence the last check up. I had a really hood sales lady working with me but my daughter got her nose in my business and scared her off. If you can find me a good sales person i would like to try again. I love my car except I am in need of an auto back closure because I have a shoulder problem when trying to reach that high. Any help you can give I would thank you for it .
