I’ve been getting my rav4 serviced here for 5 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It took 3+ hrs for basic maintenance and the communication was non-existent.

Evan is the very professional. I would say exceptional in the field of customer service and goes above and beyond any experience I have ever had anywhere else. I purchased a service plan even though I could get things done cheaper at other places but this guy clearly cares about the customers! Suggestions and information that have probably added years of life to my vehicle on top of it! I plan to purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of these experiences and levels of professionalism.

My service light came on two weeks after buying the car, was told it would be an oil change or tire replacement but no record or the last oil change- yes the car is 1.5 years old however I would think an oil change and tire rotation would be standard before selling a used car. I appreciate the sales rep for service offering a maintenance package to at least get a discount on something that should have been done.
