It was a really long wait. My appointment was 10, but I’m not sure my car even got looked at until 1. Another two hours to close it out. The service advisors were helpful, but it was frustrating to be there so long.

What bothers me every time I go in to Toyota to get my oil change a tire rotation as they try to find something I need to buy or something. It needs to be serviced on my vehicle and it doesn’t need it.

I thought the service was great. One suggestion I would make is thoroughly vacuum and wipe down the chairs with antibacterial wipes each day. I arrived in the morning for my appointment and there were crumbs and soiled marks on the chairs.
