Evan was great but i was there almost 1.5 hoirs before my vehicle got in and tjere was no part in stock to fix it and now i have to come back next week.

Evan is always amazing to work with and takes care of me every time that I come in. Which I seem to be there quite often with my card with the higher miles. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. This is very nice and helpful as I live out of state and I'm only in Kansas City for work so my schedule is usually tight when there. He deserves a raise!

It was a really long wait. My appointment was 10, but I’m not sure my car even got looked at until 1. Another two hours to close it out. The service advisors were helpful, but it was frustrating to be there so long.
