Kyle provided information and cost info as well as when the vehicle was ready for pick up. He was at lunch when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and the other two gentleman at the desk were absolutely great! Everyone at Legends Toyota has been a pleasure to work with from your sales staff (we recently purchased a Highlander) to the service team, which has been great!!

Well I don’t think it’s Josh’s fault but I tried my A/C about a mile down the road and it blew hot air. I immediately brought it back. You have been good about providing me a loaner but…..I’m a long term loyal customer and you didn’t get the job done and it’s really really really expensive service. I’m now waiting to hear if you can replace the door handle on the passenger side while it’s there. I still have your loaner THANKYOU! I’m sure it will be ready soon? Respectfully. Andrew K
