Oil change went fine. I was told the TPMS warning light could be the spare. When I received the car I was told the spare was low and was setting off the TPMS. And I was told the technician put air in the spare. Upon getting home I decided to locate the spare. It is a doughnut-type with no sensor. In my opinion it was not lowered to add air and only contained 40 lbs. instead of the recommended 60 lbs. I have totally lost confidence in the service department. I do not want to pay for service then have to go back and check to see that it was done.

The “detailing” was not completed, time-wise, as expected. It was about a hour late. Not sure why there were Xs on the tire side walls. Otherwise, good job.

Dog hair everywhere. I’m going to be out of pocket hundreds of dollars to remove dog hair and carpet dirt, and exterior was just as bad. Seriously considering using your 7 day return policy. Should have never signed a purchase agreement until it had gone through detail process and I inspected it.
