They were unable to determine a very serious, life-threatening, issue with my vehicle and the loaner they gave me was unbelievably FILTHY.

Took them 1.5 hours to rotate my tires and check the fluid levels. Did not even change the oil. Also did not wash the car afterwards, which several of the other Toyota dealers do as a courtesy. I may take my car to them next time.

It’s not actually his fault, but I have attempted on 2 separate occasions taking 3 hours each time to get a recall fixed, only to be told once again that they couldn’t do it & I will have to come back yet again. The people who worked on it the first time, failed to order the part needed despite them saying they would, so now I’ve been forced to waste 6 hours of my time, and it still isn’t fixed. I specifically verified when making the appointment that they had everything needed to finish the recall this time and was told they did. This apparently was a flat-out lie, as the appointment schedulers apparently don’t actually have access to this information. The service I have received on this recall has been horrible. You should be ashamed.

I had an appointment to get my 2024 Land Cruiser its first 10,000 mile oil change at 1:15pm. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot, untouched. I asked my key fob at 2:15pm and I left without an oil change. I value my time. I made an appointment and it was not honored. Side note, I bought this Land Cruiser there and I bought a 2023 4Runner there the year before. Therefore, I expected better service.
