Josh was very kind and helpful. The issue with the car we found was not resolved as thought to be. When we were about to leave with my vehicle it was having the same electrical issues I brought it in for. Left the car to be evaluated again

Th job was done in my satisfied but the other thing was that I receive a letter saying that yall for got to put my floor mats in my truck so I brought it in there yesterday for my service and i let them know was told that I needed to buy them and I will get rememburst and i said that if they were supposed to of came with the truck I should not pay for something that supposed to have came with my truck when i bought it 6 months ago in 9/30/2024

For the first time ever I did not have to reset my tire pressure after leaving the Toyota service center. Shows whatever tech you had back there is paying attention to details. Now, as for Michael, very personable and he isn't faking customer service. I can't stand a human putting on a show for work and I'm glad I got him today. I now can replace my original favorite Toyota service advisor. It took a couple of years so do what you can to keep Michael.

Evans didn't know when my car was ready. I waited 2 hours and he didn't come get me even though my car was parked in bay by the door. He said my car wasn't washed but it was. Maybe no one told him it was done.i am a faithful Toyota customer and usually have better experiences. I've bought all my rav4s at your dealership. Someone made an error. Car is great running and looks great. Thank you.
