Thank you to Josh for going above and beyond on taking care of me today. My car was sent to the wrong dealership and my key fob was lost by the tow truck driver and he solved all the problems in a timely manner can’t thank him enough. Hope he is recognized for his soild work !

Went in for oil change basic maintenance, told 1:15-1:30 minutes took almost 2hrs. After I left I smelled burning oil, drove around thinking new oil change, my o ring was damaged by the dealership, had to go back same and fix which was resolved. I got a $10 Starbucks card in compensation and I don’t drink coffee, I just wanted out of there!

When do inspections go over with the customer in person if there are concerns and explain before just sending a text saying what to fix and price.

The Tech did not even troubleshoot the issue,That I brought my truck in for. I had to explain the problem for a second time. And then Bryce decided that I should take him for a road test. It was during this road test, that Bryce was able to hear the issue. That was after my truck sat in the parking lot for 1 hour. And then Tech had the truck for 25 minutes. I think it is backwards. For my truck to sit in the parking lot longer than it was with the technician. It makes me feel that you guys are OK with the customers waiting a long time for their service to get rushed.
