I was told it would 1/2 hour 45 minutes tops. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. We wanted to run over to Menards while we were waiting so they were going to give us a loner but the Rep talked me out of it since he assured me again we would have it back in a half an hour because you were all caught up. This is the first time I used your service department and it might end up being the last.

I was told that remove old tag screws would cost about $80.000. I requested for the maintenance light get turned off. I paid $110.00 and maintenance light was not turn off.
