You are looking at the computer to get prices, why do they never see that you bought your tires from Toyota and charge you for things that you should not be charged for. Maybe you should put some notification bells on your files to remind them that, oh you bought your tires from us no charge for tire rotation instead of the customer always having to fight for overcharging. Thank you!

A complete care with Toyota and they said they don’t cover in Kansas City They make me pay for it and I purchased that coverage when I bought a new car for $8000 tires are got punched and they didn’t even change the new tire because they said like it don’t cover here and it’s completely falls. I called them to make changes

For 1 thing, KM are now on my dash instead of mph. I looked up how to change it in my manual. Not a very big deal, but probably Could have been avoided.

When I first cane in I got off when to the desk instead of dog someone coming out and greet me then the guys was talking on his cell phone made me wait then he was just rude and not great customer experience I ask him to see if they can check a noise on the tire because I just recently purchased new tires and it was making a sound and I had the sign in the car on from like you have a low tire pressure didn’t check that he say the technician was running out of time that’s why I haven’t been back ever since until today

I brought my car in for a transmission issue diagnosis, but they just wasted my time, and I don’t think the technician actually performed the diagnostic. The transmission still has the issue.
