Andrew was very pleasant and professional. He relayed my preference for grade of oil to the service worker. My vehicle was ready much sooner than promised. I appreciate Andrew’s kindness and curtesy.

Unfortunately when I walked in the door there was blood all over the door handle. This blood was all over my hand. I was an EMT for 15 years and never once touched someone else’s blood. I have no idea how the blood got there but I was pretty disgusted. I understand things happen but the service techs need to be more careful. No one offered to complete an in code report. I would like to be contacted so this can be reported. Blood borne pathogens is serious and no one took it serious. I had to ask for sanitizer to clean my hand. I feel that training needs to be given to all employees on blood-borne pathogens.

I don’t know if it came through, but I was disappointed that I did not get my car washed. I asked for it to be done and they said fine but when we picked it up, it was not.
