I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my car at Legends. I was sold a “bumper to bumper” warranty. So, when I scheduled a dent repair (on a day that was very inconvenient for me in order to accommodate the dent repair guy’s schedule) the sales rep confirmed the service was covered by my warranty. When I got to the service shop the representative told me the dent on the back and 2 scratches on the door were not covered. He told me to buy some paint and fix the scratches myself. I feel incredibly scammed and deceived by Legends Toyota. Your sales rep talk me into an extended warranty, confirm the damage will be covered just to get me in there and then your service reps tell me how it’s not covered once I arrive. That’s not just poor customer service. That is bad business.

Scheduled appointment well in advance. Arrived and was told would be 3 hour job and I was going to wait. Car sat in lot over 2 hours without getting worked on and no communication. I requested to get my vehicle back because of it not being worked on. No service was done. Very disappointed, first time something like this happened but that was probably my last visit to legends.

Andrew was very patient with me in analyzing the article I brought in about how to keep your vehicle on the road longer. Then he told me what needed to be done for my car to be road worthy for my trip! Also explained what Burnet had done for me. Good job!

All was well but at the end there was a lack of communication. I waited for 35 minutes from the time I received the text to the time I got to my car. If there is an actual manager and if the are interested I’de be happy to share my experience. I will say that the guy who checked me in was very professional.
