No one ever came and told me that my car was done. After two hours, I finally went and started asking questions and found that it was done, but I was never notified.

Josh and crew were fantastic! I was somewhat stranded in the KC area and needed a single tire replacement to make my journey home to Manhattan, KS. I called ahead to receive confirmation the tire was in stock (the parts manager was also fantastic). When I arrived, Josh got me taken care of right away and I was back on the road within an hour. Much gratitude to Josh and the entire Toyota team!

I was very disappointed when I picked up my van and got home and looked at my floor mats and saw grease footprints. This is not the first time that I’ve had a trouble with grease being on my carpet floor mats after service. I would think spending $3100 for service I should not have to deal with grease on my carpet floor mats.

A simple oil change took three hours-not good

I had an appointment and was told I would have to wait an hour and 45 mins for a tire rotation. After 2 hours I asked how much longer and Evan said he would check. When he came back he told me the car was in the air and would be done in 15 minutes— which tells me they hadn’t started on it until I asked. When I asked him what is the purpose of an appointment he stepped so close to me our noses practically touched. He told me someone had called out and it was just one of those days. The Toyota Care service has been so bad each time I’ve come that I don’t see the benefit in using it. Evan needs to respect personal space.
