I hit a deer with my Highlander and it was critical that my Camry was in good running condition. Christian was sensitive to my needs and I now have my Camry to use until the Highlander is repaired. I have always found working with him to result in a positive experience. I truly appreciate his help.

Took Toyota about a week to get back to me when I tried to make an appointment. When I finally was able to make an appointment I specifically said I needed my appointment at a certain time. It was booked incorrectly at a different time. When I tried to contact that this is not the correct time I did not hear response. This then resulted in me being late to work due to Toyotas error.
