Noah was great. Service a little disappointing. I know they didn’t rotate tires. So if they didn’t do that I’m sure they didn’t do other basic maintenance. Very happy with Noah though he was great and insured he’d get it fixed.

When I entered the cab of my 2025 tundra, I immediately noticed a strong odor of oil then observed oil smudges on the steering wheel, center console, inside of the driver door and a partial smudge on the seat. Normally I wouldn't care, but this truck only has 10,000 miles on it and it has the light gray leather which shows all of the oil smudges easily. I get it, times are tough trying to hire employees to conduct oil changes, but I also just spent $70,000 on a truck and I'm not a wealthy guy. I was able to clean it all up with a soapy dish rag with Dawn on it.
