When I made my appt I explained everything I needed done. When I got there I was told I wasn’t due for my oil change yet and that I would sacrifice one service due to coming early. My vehicle stated it needed maintenance how was I supposed to know that I had to drive like that for 5000 more miles before I needed the change. Also I asked to have my tires rotated which didn’t happen. Then to get the other services I needed I was told to make a separate appt a week later

Andrew went above and beyond to attempt to mediate issues that were out of his direct control. He not only explained the issues with my car, he showed them to me directly on my vehicle. If I could choose, I would work with him again

My information screen was changed when they worked on my car. I, myself, wasnt able to reset it. Called Brewer twice and was told twice someone from service would get back to me. Never heard from them
