Airport Honda Auto Repair Service

I wasn’t expecting a bill quite as expensive as I got. I thought after paying as much for the extended warranty it would cover a lot more. I guess before I agree to tires while on vacation I should really ask how much everything else is first! ???? But I do love my car.

It took very long just to program a key, even with an appointment.

My 2024 HRV was purchased new in June 2024. It had 2 problems. It has been in for repairs numerous times. It still has 2 problems.

**** was very polite, professional, and quick to find answers to the many questions I had. I would recommend him as a service advisor; I look forward to working with him again.

He told me that the wipers with built on fluid ejectors could not have just the strips replaced. I trusted what he said. He estimated cost of $35 each wiper to replace. When car was ready they charged me for one wiper and one strip because they didn't have the other one in stock. So it turns out he lied. Why would anyone replace a wiper when a strip would do? They were not even in poor shape yet. One was starting to tear at the end but very minor. It is my fault though. I should have questioned it more, especially when I saw the charge difference. Tire pressure warning came on as soon as I pulled out. Not the best experience. The complimentary carwash and vacuum was a very nice offer. I will return for future service but I will unfortunately be less trusting and most certainly will not accept the same service advisor. Honesty is very important to me. If I have another similar experience, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.
