I was very disappointed that there was no option for a loaner car for me. I was without wheels from Friday until Tuesday. It was a rather negative experience from that perspective. However, Megan called me every day to update me on the status of my arriving tire. She also looked into loaner cars for me. She is an awesome customer service representative and was the only shining light in this experience.
