There were oil marks left on my interior headliner, driver side visor, and near the sunroof opening. My glovebox compartment in my car was also broken and wouldn't close when I got my car back.

I thought all dealers do a quick wash of the car once serviced. Our dealer in Johnson City did. Had to ask for this. Also, the change oil sticker that goes in the upper left hand corner of the windshield was not replaced or updated with the service. I think that should be a definite part of the service. Otherwise, the driver doesn’t know when to bring the car back in for service.
You change my oil and rotated my tires. I was halfway home and my tire pressure gauge went on. I stopped at a local dealer and they said all was good. Now, how do I get that alert off of my dashboard? Very annoying.I’m

Today I was told I needed a new battery (mine failed), so I had it done. When I got home I discovered that my husband had had a new battery installed at Airport Honda in September, so I shouldn't have been charged for a new one. I found the receipt and called Hannah. She verified that your records show that as well. She said she would talk to the service manager (Simon, I believe) and have the $240 I paid for battery credited to my card. I have not yet seen the credit come through. Hannah was very professional and apologetic about the incident.
